Maintenance Packages.

We offer Commercial Monthly and Bi-Monthly maintenance packages as well Residential Monthly, Bi-Monthly and Quarterly Service plans.

Commercial Monthly.

This package is for larger properties with larger irrigation systems.

When we arrive, we check all timer settings to make sure they are on a proper LEGAL watering schedule. We check all pump components if applicable, providing lubricant and adjustments where needed. We then run all of the zones to make sure each zone is working properly, all heads are performing as intended, all heads are at proper height, and make sure all heads are clear of any over growth that could impede performance.

Residential Quarterly.

This package offers a quarterly schedule to keep your irrigation at peak performance.

Everything we provide in our Monthly Commercial maintenance package, we also offer in the Quarterly package. The difference? Less frequency, and geared more toward the budget minded person who wants piece of mind that their system is running at it's best all of the time.

Aeration and Softening.

If you've lived in Southwest Florida very long, chances are you may be on a WELL and PUMP for your water supply. If you moved from a northern place, you would think the water has the smell of rotten eggs.

We offer a Bi-Monthly service where we come to your home and drain down the aerator, disinfect it with bleach, scrub the interior of the tank and refill the tank with fresh water, making sure all switch and float settings are accurate. Since aeration only removes about 60% of hydrogen sulphide gas (rotten eggs) it is important that this equipment is well maintained for peak performance year round.
